It's time for Evelyn's annual Independence Day celebration.  As in many, many past years, this year's 4th of July Picnic was held on Saturday and a large group of family and friends attended.

Picnic preparations are in full swing beginning early on Saturday morning.  Marilyn is the "work-a-holic" and soon has both Tom and Evelyn begging for a break.

Kathy is one of the first to arrive armed with her world-class deviled eggs.

By 5:00 pm family began to arrive in earnest and the 2005 cooks, Tom and Larry, fired-up the grills and began BBQing dogs and burgers to perfection.

By 6:00 almost everyone had arrived and the serious eating began. 

As always, there was a feast set-out and everyone enjoyed the traditional 4th Picnic.
